Propose of the fast is the manifestation of God's hand. Topic for the Fast for Seven Days (7) Spiritual means completion for this ministry. It is a Five Fold Ministry. 1. Fast for permeant building 2. Funding for the building. 3. Developing everyone in their Offices, Gifts and Talents for God. 4. Development of Body Christ of and Activation of their Gifts, Talents and using the gift in ministry. 5. Ordination 6.Banquet. 7.Corporate Prayer.
The Physical effect of the body is headache gas, light dizziness, physical weakness and stomach aches.
We must use wisdom with people taking Medicine.
If you are on Medication we advise you to take it when it is due.
It is very important to do half day fast.
(4 hours max)
1. Drink water room temperature water or hot tea to help with gas.
2. Breaking the fast with hot liquid to force out any gas from building in your body.
There are certain prayers for starting and ending a fast along with different types of fast.
